A Rates Trade Capture Relationship manager is required, at an AVP/VP level, for one of the finest investment banks in the world. The role is based in the City of London.


The role on offer is to be a business relationship contact for the business. There is a key responsibility to assist on global projects as both a subject matter expert and testing resource.


Your key responsibilities will be the primary senior contact and point of escalation for the rates trading and business management community. You will formalise regular meetings with the business. You will be a primary contact and escalation point for all other clients. You will foster these relationships and develop new relationships through forums, regular dialogue and closing down key issues and concerns as they arise.


You will have extensive industry experience of the rates business - trade capture, market conventions and industry protocols/trade capture platforms, products and understanding of P&L. You will demonstrate the ability to build new relationships with potential new user groups and be able to work independently to build these new relationships. Team management experience is also required.
