• Senior Compliance Manager - Regulatory and Trade Compliance

The senior compliance manager will be assisting the group head of compliance with the ongoing design and implementation of the compliance monitoring programme (including day to day responsibility for key aspects of the monitoring programme). The manager will be dealing with day-to-day compliance issues arising from trading activities (e.g. investment restriction related), and providing a full compliance advisory service and drafting compliance policies and procedures.


The senior compliance manager will be ensuring that the group is meeting its requirements under the FSA regulations and the regulatory regimes of other relevant regulators, including keeping abreast of relevant regulatory developments and advising on the impact of new business developments.


For this high-profile position, we seek a compliance professional with strong "hands-on" compliance experience and an impressive proven track record, supporting an international, institutional fund manager; in particular front office support. Strong product experience in regulated/unregulated funds (including fixed income) is required, and you will have strong monitoring experience (advisory experience is also important).
