HR ADMINISTRATOR
DOCKLANDS
£10.00 - £15.00 PER HOUR
A leading investment bank requires an HR Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the International Services team within HR.
As the HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the relocation allowance payments to employees
* Manage the vendor and employee relocation expense queries and processing
* Assist with the expatriate rental process
* Assist with Senior Adviser invoice queries and processing
* Management of the Senior Adviser onboarding and termination processes
* Ad hoc project work
* Prepare banking reference forms for the opening g of US accounts for dual employment contract employees
* Assist with collating AP information for HMRC audits of tax equalised employees
To be considered for this role, you will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have strong process management, a high attention to detail and the ability to liaise across the business at all levels.
Strong MS Word, Excel essential.
Previous HR experience gained with an investment bank or financial services preferred.
