Position: Regional Facilities Manager - FIXED TERM 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Location: London (City) based with travel to North London and East Anglia
Salary: £35,000 pro rata

- You can be available to start immediately.
- You have experience of working for a managing agent / FM service Provider as a Facilities Manager.
- You have experience of managing a a portfolio of commercial office properties or a office building larger than 100k sq ft.
- You have some knowledge of dealing with service charge budgets
- You are in a easy commute of Central London, North London and East Anglia and are happy to travel.
- You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
A Regional Facilities Manager is required by our client a leading Property management and FM service provider for a fixed term contract (6 months minimum); to oversee a portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial office building's in City, North London and East Anglia.
The Regional Facilities Manager will already have experience as part of a team, managing and implementing both hard and soft services including, cleaning, front of house, security, M&E and maintenance in a similar FM role. The Regional Facilities Manager must also have a good knowledge of service charge budgets and experience of managing and motivating outsourced contractors, along with chairing tenant meetings on behalf of the landlord. It is also key that the Regional Facilities Manager is fully coherent with health and safety legislation's within a building management environment, and will ideally hold a IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
The Regional Facilities Manager MUST already have experience working for a managing agent or commercial property management firm and will be a naturally confident communicator with excellent client facing skills and the ability to manage an 5* FM and building management service to clients and tenants within a corporate and dynamic environment.
The Regional Facilities Manager must be organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take on new responsibilities The Regional Facilities Manager will also have excellent financial and contract management skills, along with a desire to provide an excellent customer service and candidates MUST have a strong knowledge of both hard and soft services.
