A leading global financial services firm is looking to recruit a Project Associate to work within Vendor Management

The Vendor Management & Projects team work closely with the rest of Bank Relations & Market Infrastructure , Global Operations teams and the businesses to:
Implement and manage a Vendor Management Program for Operations globally
Investigate, report and analyse the costs incurred through our network of banks and infrastructure relationships
Develop the firm's approach for Target 2 Securities, a multi-year European Central Bank driven securities settlement initiative.
You will be responsible for:
Manage a range of reports that analyse the firm's clearing costs: Data sourcing and creation of new analysis
Financial Management: Work with Commercial Managers to understand the cost structures for banks and infrastructure services provided and ensure the firm is paying competitive fees.
Vendor Management: Own and drive components of Vendor Management including analysis, design and process implementation.
The successful candidate will be degree educated or equivalent and possess excellent numerical and analytical skills with a track record creating/producing management information.

Experience in an Operations role and knowledge of trade flows for securities and / or derivatives is preferred
