An London based investment management company seeks a Head of Operations Vendor Management to work within Bank Relations & Market Infrastructure .

BRMI is split into three groups: Bank Relations, Market Infrastructure and Operations Vendor Management and Projects.

The role will be to head the newly created Operations Vendor Management and Projects team. This team, although consolidated in London, has a global remit and has the following responsibilities:
Implement the rollout of the Firm's Vendor Management Policy within Operations and establish the divisional program including divisional policies, standards and guidelines.
Co-ordinate activities with the Vendor Management Office (responsible for the rollout of the Vendor Management Policy Firm-wide) and practitioner groups (Legal, etc) within the Firm.
Manage compliance to the Division's and Firm-wide Vendor Management program. Develop centralized reporting for the review of Operations' management and the Vendor Management Office.
You will be degree educated or equivalent with team management experience and skills including the ability to manage / allocate resources effectively.

Project management experience and Knowledge of Operational processes and systems preferred.
