This exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our busy Banking Operations Recruitment team will allow you to earn generous commission and develop your career in recruitment.
Working for one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK, Joslin Rowe has an award winning reputation for successfully recruiting candidates into some of the capitals largest and most reputable companies.
The permanent banking division, based at London Wall, today recruits for both investment banking & securities firms, commodity and fund management houses, with specialist teams in banking operations, sales & trading, investment management administration, accountancy and compliance. The move into compliance occurred in October 1997, and was shortly followed by the development of a dedicated team of consultants to manage the accountancy placements into the Investment Banking and securities markets.

Key Skills
Motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to succeed and develop new business
Good organisational, time management and sales skills and able to prioritise workload
Confident in dealing with people at all levels- quick learner
Act as a team player, supporting his/her work colleagues

Experience/Qualifications
Ideally 12 to 18 months permanent recruitment experience within the banking operations sector.
Established sales person with a proven track record

Principle Responsibilities
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Developing and maintaining client relationships, including new business development and cold calling
Proactively working within a team environment
Target responsibilities
