Docklands based Investment Bank is seeking a Credit Derivatives Middle Office Manager. This position sits on the trading floor covering the Emerging Markets, Asset Backed CDS and Investment Grade credit businesses. The team this role sits in is responsible for providing controls to ensure that P&L generation and risk is accurately captured.

Successful candidates will manage the Flow Trade Support Group writing team goals, personal development plans and provide regular feedback to direct reports. The successful candidate shall also act as the main point of contact for escalation to the broader trade support group, ensuring the team performs required checks and reconciliations covering the desk's activity and assisting in identifying and developing IT specifications and incorporate the latest industry initiatives and best practises (e.g. Clearing and compression related activity).

The successful candidate shall have managerial experience within a Credit Derivative Middle Office function, have strong product knowledge and have a proven track record of building strong working relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal and other Operations departments.
Experience of analysing pricing, risk and credit documentation within a middle office or trade capture environment is advantageous.
