Administrator
- City of London GBP12.00 - GBP12.00 p/hr Temporary
ADMINISTRATOR CITY £12.00 per hour
A leading investment bank based in the city requires an Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support within the finance division. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Managing stationery
* Preparing new joiner packs, allocating lockers
* Managing printer requirements
* Maintenance of the divisional admin website
* Processing expenses
* Organising travel
* Archive training for new joiners
* Working with the offshore team to escalate incomplete new joiner requests
* Adhoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will be confident, personable and assertive with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and a desire to work in a challenging role. You will have strong diplomacy skills, have worked in a similar environment, experienced in managing challenging relationships.
Previous experience gained with an investment bank or financial services environment is essential.
