An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Analyst within the Rates Exotics & Hybrids Middle Office. The Rates Exotics & Hybrids business provides sophisticated rates markets risk management and investment solutions to our clients. Products traded include exotic interest rate derivatives such as snowballs and range accruals, hybrid structures such as power reverse duals and FX Tarns, alternative investments such as mortality derivatives, house price derivatives and inflation derivatives, packaged as derivatives, securities, funds, indices, as well as vanilla hedging instruments.

Responsibilities to include:
* Analysing, understanding and articulating the business' functional needs and infrastructure issues
* Providing detailed specifications as required
* Defining, managing and executing robust testing
* Understanding the daily MO processes and providing assistance when required
* Defining and managing cross-functional projects

The successful candidate shall have experience in exotic Interest Rate products along with Exotic Risk Management concepts and Trade Management processes. This role will require intensive collaboration with the rest of the Middle Office team, Front Office and IT partners in London and partnership with other Rates Exotics Middle Office leaders around the globe and so the successful candidate shall be able to communicate at all levels.
