An exceptional Graduate Recruiter is required on an permanent basis to join this prestigious Law Firm based in the City. With a strong brand and presence both in the UK and internationally you will working closely with the rest of the team and be involved in the whole recruitment process from managing assessment centres, offer process, inductions, seat rotation, appraisal reviews and managing expenditure within budget and reporting. You will ideally have experience of working within a recruitment environment in a professional services organisation, be a trained interviewer and have experience of managing candidates at assessment centres. The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, commercially focused and results orientated. This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced individual to add value in a proactive relationship led organisation.
