• Hertfordshire GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 p/a Permanent

Our Client, is looking for an Commercial Account Handler for their Hertforshire office providing high quality, innovative Client service in accordance with agreed Client Scope of Service Agreements and Service Plans relating to core insurance products.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

· To work with Account Executives to ensure the highest level of service and technical advice to each assigned Client
· Comply with regulatory and other standards as directed by line management including the creation of accurate and timely policy document, premium invoicing and debiting
· Identify improvements in Client risk and insurance programme design and make recommendations to the Client Management team on actions necessary to achieve this
· In accordance with the National Broking Strategy, negotiate renewal terms, mid term adjustments and cover extensions
· Identify revenue development opportunities on allocated Client accounts and make recommendations to Client Managers
· Professionally represent the Company, demonstrating an understanding of Corporate objectives. A team player who strives for continued personal development
· Effective working relationships with other specialist areas of business
