A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Process and Efficiency Manager to join an investment management firm.

The role holder will work within the IT team, developing and implementing a continuous improvement program within IT and co-ordinate the IT process improvements initiatives with other business areas.

Responsibilities will include working with key stakeholders to analyse and redesign all IT business processes to streamline process flows, ensure compliance with group standards and improve efficiency of all IT services and systems. In addition you will promote a strong process improvement culture and participate in the prioritisation of resources and budgets to meet objectives.

Candidates must be qualified in Six Sigma or equivalent and have experience in project and change management within the financial sector. Knowledge of IVI Capability Maturity Framework would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills, the ability think strategically and good working knowledge of investment management are essential.
