Position: Commercial Property Manager
Location: London
Salary: To £75,000 (Dependent on exp)

This is a excellent opportunity for a experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a leading property management firm. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for heading up the day-to-day property management functions, within a 400k sq ft (approx) multi-tenanted commercial office building in Central London - Candidates must therefore have a track record in handling and setting up the day to day property management functions within a similar corporate office environment.

The Commercial Property Manager Will be responsible for overseeing the set-up and maintenance of management and non recoverable budgets, along with maintaining tenancy schedules and P&L.

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the facilities functions of the property, managing all repairs, maintenance, outsourced suppliers and services, along with on-site facilities / building management staff.

The Commercial Property Manager will take full responsibility for new tenants moving in, along with vacating the property and will be the main correspondence with solicitors dealing with lettings and terminations of leases. The successful Commercial Property Manager must therefore have experience in dealing with approvals to work, along with experience of heading up fit-out style projects. The Commercial Property Manager will have a strong understanding of health & safety legislation's within a commercial property environment, along with dealing with ratings, utilities and service charge budgets

This is a extremely exciting role for a Commercial Property Manager who is currently working for a property managing agent, looking to progress within a atomic and challenging role.

The Commercial Property Manager will be RICS qualified (MRICS) and must have a track record within property management from either a London practice or property management firm.
