Leading City based Investment Bank is seeking a Transaction Manager to sit within Treasury Middle Office. This team is responsible for providing a full middle-office support function to the Group Treasury Own Asset Term Securitisation. This role involves day to day responsibility for a portfolio of securitisation transactions.

Responsibilities to include:
* Cash management for transaction Special Purpose Vehicles including trade capture in Global Banking Markets systems
* Calculation of funds to be paid and received on SPV Interest Payment Dates and other relevant dates and issuance of payment instructions
* Production of regular monthly and quarterly performance reports to both internal and external parties
* Liaising directly with paying agencies in respect of rate fixing and cash movement on SPV Interest Payment Dates
* Resolution of differences arising in respect of managed transactions on reconciliations of SPV accounts and inter-system reconciliations
* Pro-actively managing Issuer Cash Accounts including liaison with Group funding areas to arrange Authorised Investments and issuance/ notification of payment instructions and receipts
* Co-ordination with Group Operations re: timely and accurate settlement of both new deals and ongoing Interest Payment Dates
* Ensuring the accuracy and timely payment of invoices payable to third parties.
* Close liaison with the middle office team based in London

Successful candidates shall have proven knowledge of Securitised products and ideally have relevant experience from a large Investment Bank.
