Payments Business Analyst - Northampton - £450 per day

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their credit card & retail operations ASAP

This role is responsible for leading a high level, high value project and undertake stakeholder management.

The successful Payments Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Leading and project management of the workstream through to successful immplementation; hence demonstration of Project Management skills will be needed
Definition of high level business and operation designs, aligned to business and operational strategies
Provide experienced BA skills to solutions delivery
Define functional and non-functional requirements
Produce functional and non-functional specifications
Support the analysis and demand challenge of requirements

The Payments Business Analyst must be a self starter, a good motivator in themselves and for those around them, with plenty of confidence and the ability to challenge. They will ideally be from a corporate, retail banking or financial background and be highly organised with good presentation skills, the ability to work on their own initiative and some customer experience. Good knowledge of project management will be a key element of experience held.
The successful candidate will have recent and relevant Swift Payments and Sanctions screening experience gained in a BA capacity
