Top tier City based Investment Bank is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join the Data Services Group who are responsible for the provision of internally and externally sourced client, account, SSI (Standard Settlement Instruction) and Instrument data on behalf of all business streams.

Responsibilities to include:

* Governance of the Run The Bank (RTB) Data maintenance processes
* Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Governance and tracking.
* Reconciliation process review and enhancement, ensuring timely management of all reconciliation breaks and process. Identifying process synergies through root cause analysis and identification of process efficiency.
* SLA, KPI, Metrics production and management.
* Control Reporting, audit, SOX, incident and escalation management
* Process efficiencies and development - Issue resolution and process evaluation. Input into wider change management projects and forums.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with key Stakeholders, representing function amongst Operational peers embracing Data Quality principles and client service.

The successful candidate shall have client data experience and in particular the account opening and Standard Settlement Instruction (SSI) process as they will be involved from a senior, Subject Matter Expert level. Candidates must also have a strong grasp of the function front to back including compliance, SOX and regulatory issues which affect the way Data is governed and controlled. Advanced Excel and Visio are preferred.
