Our client, a leading fund management house, is looking for a HR Analyst for a 6 month fixed term contract.

The purpose of the role is to proactively deliver reward solutions and policies in line with the firm's HR and business strategies.

Responsibilities will include the implementation, analysis and administration of the firm's compensation and benefits programmes, as well as the delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews. In addition you will also assist in the co-ordination of reward projects such as review of sales commission schemes and the budget tracking of training and recruitment costs.

You will have experience working in HR departments, particularly reward practices and policies, and ideally in the financial sector. Advanced Excel proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The ability to work to tight deadlines in a highly pressurised environment and strong administrative skills are also important. CIPD qualified preferred but not essential.
