Position: Facilities Building Manager
Location: London, West End
Salary: To £32,000 + Benefits

This is a exciting opportunity for a Facilities / Building Manager or Assistant Facilities / Building Manager to join a medium sized property firm. The Facilities Building Manager will be the first point of contact for tenants, contractors, contract administration, collection of rent and service charge. The Facilities Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing both hard and soft services including; scheduling maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors, regularly inspecting the property to ensure it is in good working order, ensuring Health and Safety legislation's are being adhered to, along with overseeing management of security, cleaning and lifts.

The Facilities Building Manager will have experience of working for a small corporate organisation within a facilities role looking to progress within their FM career. You must also have strong administration and IT skills and will have experience in a customer facing Facilities or building management role.
