• Risk & P&L Relationship Manager

• City of London GBP70,000 - GBP90,000 p/a Permanent

This top tier Investment Bank is currently seeking a Risk & P&L Relationship Manager to join the Global Business Services (GBS) Department. The team will have face off to various stakeholders and play a key part in bringing together front office, Finance and production teams in Professional Service Centres.

Responsibilities Include:
* Control oversight for individual business line including the enhancement and standardisation of controls
* Ownership of escalated exceptions working with trading and Finance to address problems identified in daily process
* Focus on strategic process redesign/improvement, including alignment and integration of upstream processes. Setting out change requirements and working with Change The Bank (CTB) teams to implement
* Face off with business, Finance and Chief Operating Office (COO) stakeholders serving as a relationship point for escalation between stakeholders and Professional Service Centre (PSC)
* Interim management of onshore production resource
* Co-ordination of migration of on-shore production tasks to PSC
* Working with counterparts in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo to ensure global consistency


To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level with strong market related experience, proven all round Operational knowledge especially all Front to Back trade flows along with exposure to a product control environment, and understanding and knowledge of daily P&L process
