Position: Property & Estates Database Manager
Location: London, West End
Salary: to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

A exciting opportunity for a experienced database manager to join a leading retail firms property and estates management team. The Property & Estates Database Manager will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, exploiting and enhancing the Property Information system allowing effective and efficient asset and investment management

The Property & Estates Database Manager will be a key player in manging the relationship with the IT Group, external suppliers and Property team. The Property & Estates Database Manager must have extensive User / IT Project Management experience to enable you to Identify, predict and resolve data and technical issues including managing the updating of all property information.

The Property & Estates Database Manager will work closely with financial teams, it would therefore be a advantageous if you have knowledge of financial transaction processes.

The Property & Estates Database Manager position would be a great opportunity for somebody currently working for a property or asset management firm, looking to move in-house or already working within the retail industry within a database property management team.

The Property & Estates Database Manager MUST be a expert in Horizan, along with GOAD and other Property valuation packages. Please only apply if you have knowledge of these property systems - candidates without this exp Will not be considered.
