Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their financial department. You must be a qualified account for this role.

The role holder will work as part of a performance and planning team of nine people and will provide expert advice on financial policies and procedures, including investment appraisal and capitalisation of intangible assets.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting and control of costs for a number of sub-functions. The individual will be required to work closely with stakeholders to understand the investment priorities as well as document and develop existing processes.

Candidates must have an intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and ideally previous experience in project or cost function support in the financial sector. A university degree at 2.1 or equivalent as well as being a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) is essential.
