To be responsible for managing the Compliance function and carrying out the MLRO function.

Primary Responsibilities
To be responsible for managing the Compliance team.
To develop and implement changes to the Compliance framework.
To report to senior management for all Compliance matters.
To liaise with the Group Head of Compliance in managing the relationship with relevant regulators and exchanges.
To attend the Executive Committee and report on key regulatory issues including anti-money laundering controls.
To be responsible for the training and development of compliance staff.
To be responsible for all Compliance issues
To be responsible for the development and implementation of all anti-money laundering controls and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities
Take an increasing role in the strategic management
