Position: Moves Project Manager
Location: London (Surrounding area)
Salary: £14-15ph

A global move planning specialist firm requires a Moves Project Manager to deliver successful relocation projects and manage the existing client relationship on projects. The Moves Project Manager will have proven expertise in high quality project delivery and will be assisted by Project Co-ordinators and the Project Director.

The Moves Project Manager will be responsible for external project delivery including moving documents (obtaining approval), producing AutoCAD move plans, supervising move projects ensuring that they are completed on time and to budget, ensuring all moves and the resulting space are compliant with Health and Safety legislation, monitoring costs and providing reports to business heads, invoicing, floor planning, contract management as well as monitoring and reporting space allocation and availability.

The successful Moves Project Manager will have previous move or project management experience within blue chip environments, a track record in corporate client facing roles, strong communication skills, excellent organisational capability, excellent business writing skills as well as being able to work independently in an unsupervised role.
In addition, the Moves Project Manager will have the ability to manage and motivate staff, be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and have excellent presentation skills.
