Our client a leading financial services firm is seeking an institutional operations administrator to join their team. This team acts as a link between third party providers and internal departments within the firm. Responsibilities include daily cash monitoring and reporting, collating and monitoring of data on a daily basis, maintenance of key data on internal systems and production of management information. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating voluntary corporate action responses with the fund managers within the agreed deadlines as well as co-ordinating approval of regulatory documentation. In addition you will be involved in new fund set up ensuring all forms are completed accurately and sent to third party administrators as well as being responsible for resolving any trade discrepancies and dealing with settlements issues.

You will have previous experience in an investment administration or third party oversight role. Relevant financial services experience, particularly with regards to Unit Trusts, Investment Trust, VCT and SICAV products is a must. You will already have obtained or be studying towards IAQ qualifications. Excellent communication skills are essential.
