Our client is a highly regarded global investment bank with a strong track record and enviable market position.

We are currently assisting them in their recruitment for a client services individual to work in their ecommerce division.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for all client queries around the firms ecommerce platform which incorporate global offices and multi product offerings.

The successful candidate will also be involved in improving the client service offering and related project work.

This role requires a fluent Japanese speaker and also prior experience in a client service environment. Ideally candidates will have some exposure to futures and options or foreign exchange but any exposure within a financial services environment- banking, asset management, systems provider will be of interest

In addition the candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
