• City of London GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 p/a Permanent

This a London based role responsible for supporting the AML Compliance UK and EMEA Team across all activities.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

The provision of administrative support, contribution to day-to-day issues, preparation of documentation and surveys, fact-finding and research etc..
Updating and maintaining PEP database
Co-ordination of enquiries to and responses from Country Compliance Heads and others
Updating appropriate compliance tracking databases and ensuring timely completion of pending actions assigned to the team and associated parties
Providing/Assisting with the provision of AML-related training
Assisting with Controls and Surveillance tasks, including transaction monitoring, transaction approvals, cash payments
Other adhoc tasks as required to support the team

TO QUALIFY YOU MUST POSSESS:

Strong organisational and communication skills and a dedication to customer service.
Experience in financial services industry and have an understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) rules and regulations
Be proficient in Microsoft office applications, MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Have knowledge and understanding of FSA rules & regulations
Have experience of work management, delivering to deadlines
