A prestigious international investment bank, providing large corporate, government and institutional clients worldwide with solutions to their financing and risk management needs, requires a Trading Floor PA, to be based in their London Docklands offices.

The main function of this fantastic opportunity will be to provide secretarial support to Senior Managing Directors and a small team.

As a successful Trading Floor PA, you will be implementing processes for the smooth running of the department (which involves large, complex volumes of travel bookings and arranging visas).

Working as an integral part of a large team of professionals, you will be a highly organised, hard-working, motivated individual with a pragmatic, but flexible approach to work. A fully committed, pro-active team player with a solid secretarial background is essential for this role.

You must have worked within an Investment Bank and must have previous trading floor experience, and be able to manage a high volume of demanding & constantly changing travel arrangements.
