• International Finance Manager

• City of London GBP70,000 - GBP100,000 p/a Permanent

An experienced International Finance Manager is required by this leading Insurance Company
who is currently looking to grow their International Division. This is an exciting and challenging role
and will require significant worldwide travel. Significant life insurance experience is essential for this
position.

Responsibilities include:

* Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to implement the systems and processes that make financial and capital planning possible
* Taking an overview of financial control and risk frameworks across their international businesses
* Responsible for reviewing MI, prepare consolidated views and help our Return on Equity metrics to come alive
* Work alongside the CFO in delivering optimal capital structures
* Prepare the Division's consolidated plan
* Help to resource and implement strategic projects and providing appropriate governance to the businesses
* Ensure that every unit has the correct systems and processes in place for financial reporting and management and, where appropriate, will help to design new ones from scratch.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess significant life insurance experience, international experience along with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures as well as experience of financial and capital planning. Candidates need to be able to demonstrate the capability to progress to international Finance Director.
