• Client Creation Analyst

• City of London GBP18.00 - GBP20.00 p/hr Temporary

My Client, a leading Global Investment Bank are looking to expand their team and hire a Client Creation Analyst to join their Client Creation team.
The role of the Client Creation Team is to assist Sales people on client creations in the internal referential database and manage relationship between Front office and Compliance Department.
Due to the implementation of the Market in Financial Instrument Directive (MiFID), there is a need for a bright and motivated Sales Middle Officer to join the newly created Client Creation Team as a Client Creation Analyst

The role of Client Creation Analyst will include

-Analysing client legal framework and working out client creation issue involved
-Working in accordance with local regulatory constraints (FSA, MiFID…)
-Responsible for re-classification of client and associated documentation as per MiFID regulations
-Setting up clients accounts in collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and Compliance Department
-Handle the follow up of client waiting for validation
-Working in contact with European Teams in the implementation of the MIFID regulation

The role of Client Creation Analyst will ideally suit someone who has a good knowledge of investment funds legal structure and interest in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Derivatives markets. A foreign language such as French would beneficial which will help liaise with offices based in Paris. Ideally you will be a graduate with a degree or equivalent.
