This Leading Investment Bank requires an experience payroll manager to manage their payroll processes. The payroll manager will also be required to assist with compensation and benefit processes in addition to expat admin. You will need to have experience of working within HR before becoming a Payroll Manager.
As Payroll manager your responsibilities will include:
To be the point of contact for any issues requiring resolution on payroll matters
To be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the payroll team ensuring task, monthly payroll, reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
The provision of a first class compensation and benefits service for the firm, provided to the highest possible standard;
Responsibility and management of in-house monthly payroll for approximately 470 staff;
Overseeing and administration of all local staff benefits and associated administration;
Management of relationships of third party benefits providers;
Management of P11d and PSA processing;
Management of system updates as appropriate;
Management reporting as required;
Auditing of monthly payroll of six overseas branches consisting of approximately 70 staff;
Support and administration of ex-pat staff
Desirable skills include: confidence in managing the payroll without supervision, a good understanding of statutory requirements and processes essential, confidence in managing tax year-end processes is essential,
