Our client, a leading International Investment Bank, are looking to recruit an Operational Development & Controls analyst to be responsible for both Industry and strategic initiatives, including those driven by CLS and SWIFT, as well ase for the department's project related activity, including business process reviews, process improvement and supporting the projects of Global Change Management and Global Resourcing from an Operations perspective.

Duties Include:

· Responsibility for the project management of Industry and Business-led initiatives through to delivery and post-implementation review
· Work with Change Management to provide support for key technology releases. Responsible for testing and implementation within the processing line
· Undertake continuous process improvements for the post and pre settlement functions across FX/MMK operations
· Provide guidance and support for all control functions within FX/MM Operations across London and Off shored locations
· Monitor and control all audit issues (both internal and external)
· Assist with the accurate production and timely distribution of the department's MI requirements
Applications are invited from candidates who are able to demonstrate a track record in the following, from a high volume Investment Bank

· Strong understanding of the FX/MM business. The position will require a broad knowledge of operations and an understanding of the functions in the London and Global Operations teams
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and implement change
· Strong leadership and teamwork skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong Organisational skills
