Superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Qualified Accountant with previous Financial Services experience to join a leading and prestigious Investment Bank based in the city centre of Glasgow.

Typical responsibilities include:
Understanding current reporting and client needs
Design standard reporting for Senior Management
Learn Profit and Loss Investigation techniques
Resolve outstanding balances
Interact with key business counterparties

The team's primary objective is to minimise Profit & Loss in Treasury Overhead and manage the foreign exchange exposure generated by the firm. A key function of the team is also to provide analysis and commentary on P&L in Treasury Overhead.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and IT skills and the ability to process and understand information form varying sources and systems.
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant - CA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
