• OTC Derivatives Team Leader

Our client are a global financial company are seeking a OTC Derivatives Team Leader to work within their London based office.

The purpose of the role is to perform the OTC Derivatives confirmations and trade capture function, ensuring best practice is adhered to, all audit and compliance recommendations are employed and risks and potential losses to the organisation are minimised.

Your responsibilities will include:
Perform the daily operation of the OTC confirmations functions ensuring continuation of processing and service delivery within a stable environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Asset Managers and internal departments and liaise with them on a regular basis to ensure queries are resolved to deliver client satisfaction.
Act as subject matter expert for the team to ensure that projects are developed in line with business objectives and that implementation is successful.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Derivatives confirmations role with excellent Derivative product and process knowledge across a multitude of OTC products.

You will have a strong academic background, with market systems knowledge i.e. DTCC, MarkitWire (formerly SwapsWire), Bloomberg etc being preferable.
