• Business Analyst, Front Office MIS

• City of London GBP550 - GBP650 day Interim

Our client, one of the world's leading investment banks, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who possesses a strong MIS / Essbase background. The purpose of the programme is to implement a strategic MI reporting and planning toolset across Global Market products.

A strong Business Analyst is needed to join the current programme team. The focus will initially be on the planning stream, rolling out new planning processes on the current platform and critically assessing process enhancements and efficiencies required in the live processes.

The Business Analyst is the key interface to the front office and must manage the relationship between the business, Finance and IT. The Business Analyst is specifically responsible for requirements gathering, UAT management and procedure documentation.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of business analysis work within the Front Office Investment Banking industry, in a large scale, complex programme environment. You must be able to think critically, analyse workflows and data, draw conclusions and suggest potential solutions to mitigate risk exposure and/or improve efficiency

You will possess good understanding of Essbase and, ideally, will be a qualified Accountant.
