This is a great opportunity to be part of a new strategic programme at its early stages. Our client are a top tier investment bank who currently seek a Business Change Manager to join their growing Change Management team.

The Product Control change management team at our client has a key role in addressing the legacy systems architecture and fragmentation and in ensuring that the control is maintained as trading activities evolve. The team is expanding reflecting the increased investment in Product Control.

Business Change Managers will be assigned to one or more projects, and will be accountable to a project manager, who with the project sponsor has overall responsibility for the project. Business Change Managers are responsible for the business deliverables within the project, working closely with Product Control line teams.

Main responsibilities
- Improve Product Control's control environment and efficiency
- Ensure that Product Control is engaged with Global Banking & Markets' overall initiatives, that the impact on Product Control is understood
- Ensure opportunities are taken to move towards Product Control's target business and IT architecture.

You will be a qualified Accountant with extensive business analysis experience within the Investment Banking industry, specifically in user analysis/user requirements/ test cases within a financial control or more preferably product control division, and bring good knowledge of product flow through the banking systems/ ledgers.
