A leading financial services organisation based in the City has an opportunity for a HR Adviser to join their established team. Reporting to the European HR Manager this role would suit a candidate with previous HR and recruitment experience in a professional/financial services environment and someone who is looking to develop their career in the HR field. Fluency in French or German is essential

The role will provide all round support to the European HR Manager with the key focus being:
- Provide support in all recruitment activities across the European offices
- Manage starter and leavers' process
- Support HR manager in performance management
- Assist in HR projects were required

The candidate
- Fluency in German/French is essential
- Previous experience of working in a HR environment
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Ideally you will be studying toward CIPD

Some international travel is required
