A talented Team Manager with strong financial data experience is currently required by a leading firm. Our client has a first class reputation with retail and corporate customers which has been built on the delivery of innovative products and unsurpassed client service. The Team Manager is required to understand complex algebraic formulae used to calculate client portfolio performance returns and have the ability to transfer that knowledge into process output. As manager within this team you will have responsibilities for performance management, motivation, managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and taking a lead of change initiatives and process improvements. To apply for this role you will have strong leadership and people management skills. A broad understanding of financial services and instrument types is essential and any exposure to performance data is highly desirable. A flair for analysis and a high level of numerical abilities is essential.
