This is a challenging role for an experienced IT professional. The role is based in a Distribution & Client Servicing (DC&S) Platform Development Team (PDT) and in addition to the technical support, the PDT provides logical access control and application support for the D&CS platform, aiming to provide a value-add support service to the D&CS business area.

Key accountabilities
-Analysis, Development and Deployment of Enhancements & Defects- ensuring the platform operates effectively and extracting as much value as possible
-The management of data
-Data governance and quality management
-Involvement in projects, providing opportunities to learn and practice skills, reducing dependency on vendors and providing insight into post implementation support
-Providing support and training - helping resolve issues and identifying defects
-Maintaining Reports and Providing MI
-Management and Governance of the Platform - maintaining all enhancement lists, priorities and associated budgets

To be considered for the Platform team member role it is essential that you have experience in a business analysis, Testing, Change management, Project management disciplines. A strong IT knowledge - including SQL, Java, HTML and Data modelling/Data Analysis is eesential.
