An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CIPD qualified HR Consultant to undertake a 10 month contract role with a dynamic financial organisation in central Edinburgh. This role sits within a small & friendly team reporting directly to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Generalist and have recent experience of working in an Investment Management organisation.

Key Duties include:
*Advice/Assistance to mangers on recruitment & selection matters
*Providing HR Advice/Guidance to all levels of staff up to Senior Management/Director level in relation to HR issues and all aspects of employee relations
*Maintain up-to-date HR policies & procedures ensuring all new updates are communicated & made accessible to employees
*Undertaking HR Projects
*Conducting quarterly management meetings
*Preparation of monthly payroll
