Position: Legal Secretary, city centre
Salary: £9.00 per hour + holiday pay

Urgent requirement for a Legal Secretary to join a well regarded chartered surveyors in central Edinburgh for a short term temporary assignment. This role will commence mid September and will last for 2 weeks. The main scope of the role will be to provide secretarial support to the partners. Only candidates who are experienced in Residential/Commercial Property will be considered for this post.

Key Duties include:
*Audio typing of reports/correspondence/emails/memos
*Logging/registering all surveys received
*Answering calls/providing reception cover when required
*Filing, photocopying, scanning & assisting with ad hoc administration tasks

Key Skills
*Experienced Audio Typist (Taped Audio) of 60wpm+
*Recent Experience in Residential & Commercial Property
*Expert user of MS Office Suite & Outlook
