Team Secretary – London Docklands – £14.65per hour

A leading investment bank, seeks a professional Team Secretary to support a Compliance team in an ongoing temporary assignment.

This Team Secretary role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, hard-working team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Team Secretary will play a vital role in the legal and compliance department, supporting all levels of Compliance Professionals.

As a successful Team Secretary, you will be responsible for diary management, organising and preparing for meetings, telephone coverage and ad hoc filing duties.

You will ideally have good experience in working under pressure in a similar environment, have a good attention to detail and have the ability to multi task.
