Position: Recruitment Manager, Edinburgh
Salary: up to £11.00 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to undertake a week to week assignment commencing ASAP with the potential of becoming permanent. As Recruitment Manager the focus will be recruiting volunteers for the business. This position would suit candidates who have proven experience of managing recruitment drives for voluntary staff.

As Recruitment Manager the key duties include:

-Create & develop new recruiting initiatives
-Management of the recruitment process from start to finish
-Supervision 1 other - Administrator
-Responsible for managing a pool of volunteers
-Meeting/exceeding all recruitment deadlines
-Facilitating and participating in all recruitment processed from job design,advertisement,
shortlisting,interviewing selection & appointment
-Overall responsibility for recruitment budgets ensuring they aren't exceeded

It is essential that you have undertaken a similar role and have experience of managing volume recruitment drives. Note this role is based in the outskirts of Edinburgh so own transport would be ideal otherwise happy to use public transport. This is a temporary assignment commencing ASAP so please only apply if available to commence work immediately.
