• Corporate Reporting Analyst

• Chelmsford £22,000 - £23,000 p/a Permanent (Part time)

A role for a Part Time Corporate Finance Analyst has arisen within this Financial Services Group, Reporting to the Manager of the Revenue & Direct Costs team, you will ensure the accurate and smooth running of the following processes: Initial Commission, Trail Commission, Initial Charges
and Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities include:
*Processing and checking weekly Initial Commission payment runs
*Processing and checking monthly Trail Commission payment runs
*Calculating Initial Charges due to Fund Managers
*Arranging payment of Initial Charges to Fund Managers
*Checking and dispatching Supermarket Fee invoices to Fund Managers
*Checking and dispatching other sales invoices to Fund Managers
*Dealing with invoicing related queries from Fund Managers
*Investigating commission queries and responding to internal and external clients
*Monitoring unpaid Corporate sales invoices, chasing and escalating as necessary
*Monitoring regulatory large exposures each working day, investigating as required


To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level with previous experience in products and have business knowledge. Along with good general IT skills, including Excel. Part-Time - 3 days a week (Thursday & Friday must be covered but happy to be flexible on the 3rd day: alternatively also happy to look at half days 5 days a week)
