Rate: Excellent Hourly rate
Contract: 2 months

An experienced Project Co-ordinator required for a premier investment services organisation. In this role you will support the Project Managers to deliver a strategic solution to address systems and process changes connected to two strategic initiatives which will be delivered in relatively short timeframe. This contract is intially for a 2 month period.

Specific duties will include:

- Work with impacted business units to confirm project requirements and identify project team resource.
-Document overall project plan with input from impacted business units.
-Ensure proper project coordination and track progress against plans produced.
-Produce management update material.
-Facilitate calls/communications between internal 'Subject Matter Experts' and clients
-Ensure operational implementation of change in accordance with project time line

To be considered for this role it is essential you have proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator gained within the financial services sector. Ideally candidates should have a understanding of investment operations with a Fund Accounting bias preferable.
