• Operations Finance Business Partner

• City of London GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 p/a Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Finance Business Partner within this Global Wealth Management firm. Supporting the Head of Operations Finance (VP) you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Finance Performance and Planning team.

Key responsibilities include:
*Co-ordinate with the month end reporting process for Global Operations, delivering all outputs to a high standard - monthly flash to finals results process, analysis and commentary
*Demonstrate deep understanding and concise articulation of key issues
*Identify, communicate and monitor all risks and opportunities against financial plans
*Evidenced based verification of accounting entries (SOX)
*Provide delivery of financials to Senior Management - including end to end segmental profitability analysis and activity based allocation of cost base to lines of business
*Manage two financial analysts including oversight of their functional responsibilities


To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) ideally with previous experience in Financial Services (not a pre-requisite). In addition strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential along with excellent communication skills.
