We are currently partnering our client in recruiting an experienced corporate actions analyst.

Our client is a global investment bank with an enviable reputation and is experience an exciting period of growth and development.

This role has come about due to an increase in business volumes.

In this role you will be responsible for processing all voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and must have knowledge of all types of corporate events and their front to back processing.

This will include extensive liaison with counterparties, agents and clearers, investigating breaks and ensuring all internal policies and processes are accurately followed.

To be considered for this position you should have experience of corporate actions processing, ideally from an investment banking environment. You should have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and be able to work accurately under pressure in a high volume environment.
