Underwriting Support Assistant - 6 Contract, City, Londonc£21,000 pro rata

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Underwriting Support Assistant on a 6 month contract basis has arisen at a leading Insurance Firm based in the City.

Our client is a leading insurer of specialist risks and a provider of innovative products. Our clients core values are underwriting and service excellence linked to superior claims management and innovation in both product design and delivery.

Duties and responsibilities will include;

*Provide administrative services to support the Underwriting objectives of the syndicates
*Ensure premiums are paid to the syndicate within the terms of trade set by underwriters
*Adhere to all internal and regulatory requirements
*Monitor brokers adherence to slip conditions
*General administration support such as production of bound and paid bordereau
*Support to the underwriters

You need to have current Underwriting / Administration experience gained within General Insurance, knowledge of Word and Excel is a must have requirement to apply for this position - applications without experience as detailed above will not be considered.
