Corporate Actions Analyst - City of London - £180per day

A pre-eminent international investment bank, who are very well considered in the City seeks a professional Corporate Actions Analyst to work in their voluntary events team.

This Corporate Actions Analyst role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, multicultural team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Corporate Actions Analyst will play a vital role in the European Equity and Bond Corporate Actions team, and will be able to gain a wealth of knowledge from the diversity of markets covered.

As a successful Corporate Actions Analyst, you will be responsible for:
*Reconciliation of events.
*Processing of voluntary European equity and bond corporate actions.
*Supporting and liaising with internal trading desks, Prime broker clients, Stock loan c/parties and external brokers.
*Extensive interaction with Client Services Group and other operations departments.
*Execution of client instructions to local custodian banks.
*Monitor breaks between GS and their agent banks
*Reconciliation of internal control accounts

You must have previous experience working with European Voluntary Corporate Actions and have excellent client service skills. A proven track record of process improvement is also preferable. This role of Corporate Actions Analyst has excellent career prospects and is a temp to perm opportunity.
