• Credit Flow Product Control Associate

• City of London £40,000 - £60,000 p/a Permanent

Our client is a leading global bank with operations in numerous countries. They are currently seeking a Product Controller, Credit Flow to produce the daily and monthly P&L to the Front Office and line management. This includes P&L reconciliation, analytical review and reporting.


Key Responsibilities include:
*P&L reconciliation (FO-BO-GL, versus estimate) and explanation of key differences.
*Analytical Review of P&L and production of commentary for key drivers.
*Prompt and accurate reporting of daily P&L.
*Balance Sheet analysis and substantiation
*Prompt management and resolution of key exceptions (off-market rate checking, cash breaks, etc)
*Typical KPIs and Targets
*Documentation of P&L reconciliations and explanations of key differences.
*Daily P&L and commentary produced on timely basis and accurately.
*All balances explained, substantiated and presented to line manager within deadlines.
*Adequate documentation of investigations and prompt escalation to line management.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience in Audit Training in one of the top accountancy firms, knowledge of IFRS accounting and Product knowledge along with strong Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
